We’re specifically seeking candidates who have led education, engagement, or membership programs in large-scale, structured organizations such as:

  • National fraternities/sororities or honor societies
  • Professional/trade associations
  • Nonprofits with robust chapter/volunteer networks
  • Higher education offices supporting Greek life or student leadership
  • (Experience in traditional K–12 or corporate L&D alone will not be considered.)

What You'll Do

  • Design and lead national member education and leadership development strategy
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of both in-person and virtual training programs
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing staff team
  • Collaborate with boards, committees, and influential alumni volunteers
  • Ensure programs align with organizational values, priorities, and member needs
  • Travel to select national events, conferences, and leadership summits

Required Background

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred in Education, Leadership, or OD)
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership in membership development, volunteer engagement, or program management
  • Track record of building or scaling training programs for member-based audiences
  • Experience leading and mentoring staff teams
  • Comfort operating in high-visibility, stakeholder-rich environments
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and program metrics

Preferred Experience

  • Leadership in a professional fraternity/sorority, trade association, or nonprofit with chapters
  • Collaboration with boards, committees, or alumni stakeholders
  • A strong personal connection to membership-based or Greek life organizations
