We're seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager – Drywall to oversee and deliver commercial drywall projects from start to finish. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in drywall, framing, and ceiling systems, along with strong leadership and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Manage multiple drywall projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Lead and coordinate teams, subcontractors, and internal staff effectively.
  • Allocate and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Develop and monitor project budgets; identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and code compliance throughout all phases.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Identify and mitigate risks affecting timeline, scope, or budget.
  • Proficient in drywall installation, metal stud framing, and acoustical ceiling systems.
  • Experienced in project software (OST, Quick Bid or similar).
  • 2–3 years’ experience in commercial drywall project management.
  • Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
