We are an upscale dining group known for exceptional service and culinary excellence. We are seeking a dynamic Multi-Unit Culinary Manager to oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and uphold our high standards of hospitality across several restaurants in the Charlotte area.

Culinary Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Menu innovation and recipe creation
- Kitchen Design and set up a plus
- New restaurant opening experience
- Experience of leading 5 or more restaurants
- Approachable and supportive leadership style
- Vendor relations and price negotiation
- High energy and a strong work ethic
