FINE DINING RESTAURANT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
- High-level guest focus
- 2+ years experience as a restaurant manager or assistant manager
- Experience with high volume in fine dining
- History of loyalty and professional growth
- A natural leader, trainer, mentor, and coach
- Must be hands-on and have an attention to detail
FINE DINING RESTAURANT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead FOH upscale/fine dining managers and line-level associates
- Focus on guest relations, accountability, training, and costs
- Supports, trains, and develops management and line-level teams
- Upholds reinforces the highest standards at all times
- Supports leadership
