Our client is seeking an energetic and experienced General Manager to lead operations at a fast-paced entertainment and F&B venue. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments where customer service, team performance, and operational excellence all come together. If you have a proven track record of driving results in restaurants, entertainment, or retail operations—we want to hear from you.

Requirements and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations across all departments, including food & beverage, guest services, equipment, and administration
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff while fostering a productive, inclusive team environment
- Analyze financial reports and manage budgets to control costs and drive revenue
- Ensure compliance with alcohol laws, health/safety regulations, and internal policies
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and staff professionalism
- Actively engage in the community and develop local marketing strategies
- Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly, promoting long-term customer loyalty
- Oversee inventory, vendor relationships, and POS/cash management procedures
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience as a General Manager in a restaurant, retail, entertainment, or similar venue
- Ability to interpret financial statements and manage budgets
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- High attention to detail and service quality
- Experience with local marketing and sales initiatives
- Physically able to lift/push/pull over 35 pounds and work on your feet
- TIPS certification (or willingness to obtain)
