Position: Culinary Director

Location: Boston, MA

Salary Range: $150,000 – $200,000 (based on experience)


We’re an upscale restaurant group based in Boston, and we’re looking for a talented and passionate Multi-Unit Culinary Director to join our leadership team. If you’re someone who thrives on creativity, loves mentoring chefs, and knows how to keep operations running smoothly across multiple locations, this could be your next big move.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and supporting a team of Executive Chefs and kitchen teams across several locations
  • Designing thoughtful, seasonal menus that reflect quality, creativity, and consistency
  • Ensuring that each location delivers an exceptional guest experience, every single time
  • Managing kitchen operations — from food cost control and sourcing to compliance and safety
  • Playing a key role in new restaurant openings and ongoing growth initiatives
  • Creating a strong, positive culture where culinary talent can thrive and grow

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–10+ years of experience in culinary leadership, ideally with multi-unit oversight
  • A strong background in upscale or fine dining concepts
  • Proven ability to inspire and develop culinary teams
  • Solid understanding of kitchen operations, inventory, costing, and systems
  • A collaborative, hands-on leader with a love for great food and hospitality
