Position Overview:

Seeking an accomplished, visionary, and hospitality-driven General Manager/COO to lead an exclusive private city club in Beverly Hills. This executive will oversee all facets of club operations while preserving its elite culture, managing rapid growth, and delivering exceptional, personalized member experiences at every touchpoint.

General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the strategic and operational leader of all club functions, reporting directly to the Board of Directors.
  • Spearhead the growth strategy to expand from 1,500 to 4,000 highly qualified, engaged members while maintaining exclusivity and brand integrity.
  • Oversee all F&B operations generating $20M+ annually across multiple high-end outlets, lounges, and event spaces.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of department heads and over 250 staff, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and luxury-level service.
  • Maintain and elevate service standards to exceed the expectations of a discerning, high-net-worth membership base.
  • Collaborate with the board and committees to align strategic initiatives with the club’s long-term vision.
  • Ensure fiscal responsibility by managing operational and capital budgets, driving top-line growth while maximizing efficiencies.
  • Guide and approve all branding, programming, and communications to ensure continuity of the club’s prestige and positioning.
  • Oversee all aspects of membership engagement, including onboarding, retention strategies, and elite member services.
  • Manage capital improvement projects, renovations, and upgrades to support the club’s growth and member experience.
  • Cultivate a highly visible leadership presence throughout the club—building trust, soliciting feedback, and addressing member needs proactively.
  • Stay ahead of hospitality and private club trends, continuously evolving the offering to retain competitive advantage.

General Manager Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership in luxury private clubs, ultra-premium hotels, or elite lifestyle brands.
  • Proven success scaling operations and growing membership without diluting exclusivity.
  • Deep knowledge of Beverly Hills culture and clientele; impeccable taste and emotional intelligence.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing $20M+ in annual F&B operations.
  • Charismatic leadership with the ability to inspire a large, diverse team.
  • Mastery in member engagement, event programming, and luxury service innovation.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation a plus.

This is a rare opportunity to reimagine and lead one of Beverly Hills’ most exclusive social environments into its next era of prestige and expansion.
