Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience
  • Must have a broad knowledge of high-volume, scratch kitchen operations
  • Must be self-motivated and hands-on
  • Ability to maintain high-quality standards throughout operations
  • ServeSafe Certification preferred

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Positive mentality and outlook to leading the team
  • Communicate and uphold brand standards amongst the team
  • Oversee guest services and set the example of being detail-oriented and positive
  • Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
  • Train and develop the team through coaching and mentoring
