Are you passionate about language, literature, and helping middle school students thrive in a supportive, structured environment? We're seeking a 7th Grade ELA Teacher who is dedicated to making a lasting impact on students with unique learning needs.

This role offers the chance to work in a small classroom setting, supported by a collaborative administrative and instructional team. Our educators are empowered to teach creatively and with purpose—using individualized strategies to guide students in their academic, social, and personal growth.

Teacher Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging ELA instruction aligned to approved curriculum standards
• Foster reading comprehension, writing, grammar, and vocabulary development
• Adapt lesson plans and instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs
• Monitor academic progress and maintain detailed records
• Encourage student participation and create a positive classroom culture
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and teaching assistants to support student success
• Participate in school events, staff development, and meetings

Teacher Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (required); Teaching certification or eligibility preferred
• Classroom experience (minimum of 1 year preferred)
• Experience working with students with learning differences, IEPs, or accommodations is a plus
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Must be comfortable teaching within a faith-based curriculum
• Flexible, compassionate, and student-centered approach
