We are looking for a dynamic team leader to add to our team. We are a unique boutique hotel with a fine dining outlet and we are looking for a Sommelier-certified Front of House Manager to manage our program. Candidates should be experienced with ultra fine dining, serving UHNW and celebrity individuals, and be versatile in meeting guest needs.

Restaurant Manager and Sommelier Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in Restaurant leadership for a fine dining restaurant
  • Sommelier certification required- must have a true passion for wine
  • Versatile and nible to deal with dynamic programming
  • Out-of-the-box thinker and problem solver
  • Able to live and work in the Florida Keys

Restaurant Manager and Sommelier Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Front of House team with consistency and integrity
  • Own the wine program, including sourcing, inventory management, guest recommendations, and pairing recommendations
  • Work with the Culinary team to ensure perfect service and guest experience
  • Work with the General Manager and marketing team on promotional events and programming
  • Work with the sales team regarding special events, banquets, caterings, and buyouts
  • Other duties as assigned
