Food & Beverage Manager

Premier Executive Campus | Monday–Friday Lunch Service | Weekend Events

We are seeking an experienced and service-focused Food & Beverage Manager to help lead operations at a premier, internationally recognized executive campus. Serving global foundations, civic leaders, and business executives, this unique setting offers a rare opportunity to support elevated hospitality in both daily service and special events.

About the Role:

This position supports the oversight of weekday lunch and bar service (Monday–Friday, bar open until 7 PM) and plays a key role in planning and executing weekend events and banquets. You will work closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef to ensure exceptional guest experiences, efficient operations, and high service standards throughout all F&B offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front-of-house operations during weekday lunch and bar service
  • Assist with planning and execution of weekend events, receptions, and banquets
  • Supervise and train service staff, maintaining a culture of professionalism and hospitality
  • Collaborate with culinary leadership and event coordinators to ensure seamless service
  • Monitor quality, consistency, and timing of service delivery
  • Support scheduling, inventory, and labor management goals
  • Uphold cleanliness, compliance, and brand standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an F&B Manager in a hospitality environment
  • Strong background in both à la carte and banquet-style service
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
  • Ability to manage weekday operations with flexibility for evenings and weekends
  • A hands-on, guest-first approach to service and problem-solving
