As our Head Chef, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring Sous Chefs and back-of-house staff to nurture talent and excellence.
- Ensuring efficient kitchen operations, managing both preparation and service seamlessly.
- Overseeing food production, inventory management, and budget oversight to enhance profitability.
- Working in collaboration with the General Manager to drive cohesive and successful restaurant operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 5 years of experience in high-volume kitchen management.
- Proven leadership, training, and communication skills to inspire and guide your team.
- Strong knowledge of cost control measures and food safety regulations.
