Our client is seeking a hands-on, strategic Web Development & IT Systems Manager to oversee the company’s digital platforms, IT infrastructure, and technology strategy. This role blends leadership in web and eCommerce development (WordPress, Shopify) with management of IT systems, network security, and infrastructure to enable high performance across business functions.
WEB DEVELOPMENT & IT SYSTEMS MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, architect, and develop our eCommerce sites using Shopify, Commerce 7, HTML, WordPress, and CSS
- Lead front-end and back-end web development, including custom template editing, API integrations, and platform optimization.
- Own the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure upgrades and enhancements, including evaluating, planning, and implementing changes to networking systems and hardware.
- Manage and enhance VPNs, switches, wireless networks, and remote access configurations to ensure consistent and secure connectivity across on-site and hybrid teams.

- This is a hybrid role: must be able to work on-site in Dundee or Amity, Oregon, at least 3 days per week.
WEB DEVELOPMENT & IT SYSTEMS MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years in web development, eCommerce management, and IT systems administration.
- Strong expertise in WordPress, Shopify (including custom themes), HTML/CSS, and eCommerce integrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS, with working knowledge of JavaScript and common eCommerce integrations.
- Experience maintaining and optimizing eCommerce websites, with a focus on site functionality, QA, and performance.
- A hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
WEB DEVELOPMENT & IT SYSTEMS MANAGER BENEFITS:
- 90,000 – $120,000 base salary; up to 20% bi-annual performance bonus
