FOH Manager Perks:

FOH Manager Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a full-service FOH management role in a high-volume ($4MM+/yr) restaurant with heavy bar sales
- Solid work tenures and progressive career growth
- Track record of developing strong teams
- Understanding of P&L and cost control including labor and beverage cost analysis
- Ability and desire to work a flexible schedule including days/nights/weekends and holidays
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
