Restaurant Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in restaurant management.
- Strong operational skills: staffing, scheduling, financial performance, and guest service.
- Excellent communication and people-management abilities.
- Proficiency in managing costs, labor, and day-to-day operations.
- High energy matching the fun atmosphere of our team.
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience building community presence and guest loyalty.
- Familiarity with performance evaluations and staff development.
- Scratch kitchen experience in a high volume atmosphere
- Background in multi-location or high-volume restaurant environments a plus.
