A leading bicycle retailer is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales, lead a high-performing team, and oversee daily operations. In this role, you will manage store performance, ensure outstanding customer experiences, and create an engaging team culture. Store Manager Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Must be flexible with scheduling, including weekends (Friday–Sunday availability required)
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Oversee financial performance, inventory control, and store operations
  • Candidates from bike stores, or have experience within cycling stores, is a plus!
  • Train and mentor staff to enhance product knowledge and service excellence
