Join a Growing Team as a Staff Accountant
We’re hiring a Staff Accountant to help manage daily financial operations for a commercial services firm supporting businesses across Eastern Massachusetts. In this role, you’ll handle core accounting functions and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team that values precision and accountability.

Your Day-to-Day:
- Manage journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with monthly and annual close
- Generate and review financial statements
- Support budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain AP/AR records
- Partner with internal teams to resolve financial issues
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in an accounting role
- Familiar with GAAP and modern accounting tools
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Comfortable juggling deadlines and priorities
