Staff Accountant – Growth Track | Privately Held Multi-Division Firm | On-Site – Birmingham, AL

Location: Birmingham, AL (Homewood area)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation: $55,000–$70,000 base + Discretionary Bonus + Full Benefits

Qualifications

• 1+ years in public or private accounting (audit background preferred)
• A degree in Accounting or related field
• High standards, sharp instincts, and a proactive mindset
• A genuine team orientation and strong interpersonal skills
• A hunger to learn and grow, not just fill a seat
