Head of Quality Control

Join a well-established international brewery in a leadership role driving quality across all aspects of production. This is a rare opportunity to live and work abroad while leading a quality control program from end to end.
Head of Quality Control – Benefits and Compensation:

Head of Quality Control – Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Brewing Science, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
- 5+ years in a quality assurance or quality control role within the brewing or beverage industry
- Hands-on experience with chemical, sensory, and microbiological testing of beer
- Strong understanding of QA/QC protocols and regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to develop and implement a Quality Management System (QMS)
- Experience training staff on quality processes and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Ability to oversee supplier quality standards for raw materials and packaging
Head of Quality Control – Preferred Background & Skills:
- Prior international experience or expat assignment
- Familiarity with ISO, HACCP, or GMP standards
- Proficiency in brewing software or laboratory information systems (LIMS)
- Exposure to high-volume production environments
- Basic Arabic language skills (not required)
