Warehouse & Fulfillment Center Manager Benefits & Compensation:

Warehouse & Fulfillment Center Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse functions including receiving, fulfillment, and maintenance
- Drive fulfillment accuracy, speed, and operational KPI achievement
- Lead lean-based improvements to boost efficiency and quality
- Ensure ISO 9001 QMS compliance and manage audits and documentation
- Optimize space, labor, and cost per order
- Champion a proactive, zero-compromise safety culture
- Build and lead a high-performance, accountable team
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service levels
- Deliver reports on KPIs, trends, and risks with strategic insights to leadership
Warehouse & Fulfillment Center Manager Qualifications:
- 10+ years of leadership in warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, or related manufacturing
- Proven success with lean tools and driving continuous improvement
- Hands-on experience implementing or managing ISO 9001 QMS in warehouse or production settings
- Proficient with NetSuite ERP or similar warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong background in team leadership, training, and performance management
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; skilled at balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering, or related field preferred
