Senior Accountant is needed for a thriving manufacturing facility to be responsible for all daily accounting operations, detail analysis, sales and inventory reporting, and other related projects and financial matters. Business is thriving! Come join a growing team!
Senior Accountant Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cash activities including invoices, ACH, wires and applying cash receipts
- Preparation of daily sales and weekly A/R aging reports
- Manage monthly commissions and customer rebate calculations and reporting
- Assist with month-end by preparing sales analyses, interpret and present trend
- Assist with financial close with general ledger account reconciliations and journal entries.
- Support Controller with inventory level management
- Other projects as assigned.
Senior Accountant Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field preferred
- 3+ years experience as Full Cycle Accountant with preferably in manufacturing
- Experience using ERP platforms, Excel and MS Office
- Cost accounting knowledge and experience preferred
