Executive Assistant Benefits and Compensation:
• Health, dental, and vision insurance
• 401(k) retirement plan
• Travel required up to 50%
• Monday–Friday schedule (predominantly)
Executive Assistant Requirements & Qualifications:
• Proven discretion and confidentiality with sensitive conversations and documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience maintaining and updating calendars, ensuring preparation for meetings
• Ability to record and organize meeting notes for clear follow-up actions
• Professional handling of phone and email correspondence with customers and stakeholders
Executive Assistant Preferred Background & Skills:
• Experience with hotel systems such as Opera, Profit Sword, and Paylocity
• Calm under pressure with a positive, team-oriented attitude and ability to enjoy each day
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to pivot quickly as needed
• Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals towards a team goal
