Restaurant Manager, Private Club

A distinguished private club is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead daily service operations at one of its primary dining venues. This individual will be responsible for managing and inspiring the front-of-house team, overseeing beverage service, and upholding the club’s high standards of hospitality in collaboration with the broader Food & Beverage leadership.

Restaurant Manager, Private Club – Responsibilities:

• Supervise, schedule, and direct front-of-house staff
• Lead daily pre-shift lineups and provide active, visible floor leadership
• Ensure seamless execution of daily dining and private event service
• Assist in recruiting and hiring team members
• Complete effective onboarding and training, promoting anticipatory service standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timeliness and quality of service
• Oversee the beverage program, including cocktail, beer, and wine offerings
• Maintain strong communication with culinary and peer managers
• Build relationships with members through name recognition and proactive engagement
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations

Restaurant Manager, Private Club – Qualifications:

• 2+ years of food & beverage management experience, preferably in a private club or upscale dining environment
• Experience setting floor plans, table assignments, and side duties
• Proven ability to engage effectively with members and staff at all levels
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS/club management systems
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Degree in Hospitality or Business preferred
