Senior Director of Retail Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the retail strategy
- Drive operational excellence through a dedicated focus on retail analytics
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and implement initiatives to improve profitability
- Oversee product assortment, pricing strategies, and vendor relationships
Senior Director of Retail Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of progressive experience in retail management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multi-unit operations
- Experience in Retail, Grocery, or Convenience Stores
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
Senior Director of Retail Benefits:
