Restaurant Manager's Responsibilities:
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Maintaining high levels of hospitality, service, and be a consistent leader
- Support the restaurant team to execute tasks on time with enthusiasm
- Ability to manage with integrity, honesty, and knowledge while promoting culture and values
Restaurant Manager's Requirements:
- 2+ years Full-Service Restaurant Leadership experience
- High energy, friendly, takes initiative and has a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent work ethic, systems-oriented, and drive to succeed
- Passionate about food and beverage in scratch kitchens
