We are partnering with a client in Atlanta Metro that is seeking a Restaurant Manager In Training. This is ideal for a proven performer in the Restaurant Industry ready for a Management Opportunity. If you are interested, please apply today.

Restaurant Manager In Training Responsibilities:

  • In the absence of the General Manager assist with supervising staff.
  • Ensures that the restaurant is operating according to company policies/procedures and standards.
  • Assists the General Manager in processing the daily paperwork.
  • Assists the General Manager in conducting inventory, placing orders and processing merchandise as received.
  • Provides quality customer service by greeting each customer in a prompt and timely manner.
  • Follows security and safety policies/procedures.
  • Checks in new merchandise in a timely manner.
  • Performs stocking and pricing duties.
  • Maintains a clean store environment by performing housekeeping duties.
  • This position will float between three locations

Restaurant Manager In Training Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a restaurant
  • 1–2 years of experience supervising employees
  • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills

Restaurant Manager In Training Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary 65k-75k
