What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead your team to impress guests at every meal
  • Mentor and inspire high culinary standards
  • Create rotating menus with room for innovation
  • Maintain quality and elevate the dining experience
  • Manage inventory, labor, and costs with precision

What We’re Looking For

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience (8+ years)
  • At least 5 years of Exec Chef experience with staff leadership
  • Positive, hands-on leader with a coach-first approach
  • Track record of upholding top-tier standards
  • Comfortable engaging with residents—friendly, approachable, and present
