What You'll Be Doing
- Lead your team to impress guests at every meal
- Mentor and inspire high culinary standards
- Create rotating menus with room for innovation
- Maintain quality and elevate the dining experience
- Manage inventory, labor, and costs with precision
What We’re Looking For
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience (8+ years)
- At least 5 years of Exec Chef experience with staff leadership
- Positive, hands-on leader with a coach-first approach
- Track record of upholding top-tier standards
- Comfortable engaging with residents—friendly, approachable, and present
