What You Bring to the Table
- At least 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced, structured restaurant setting
- No more than 3 roles in the last 5 years—you're steady and committed
- Solid command of food & beverage operations
- Guest-first mindset with a calm, solutions-focused leadership style
- Strong understanding of P&L management and cost control
What You'll Be Owning
- Leading the charge in hiring, onboarding, and developing your team
- Analyzing weekly P&Ls and breaking down key cost drivers
- Driving profitability through smart scheduling and efficient operations
- Managing inventories with accuracy and clear variance reporting
- Ensuring guest satisfaction, solving problems, and creating fans
