What You Bring to the Table

  • At least 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced, structured restaurant setting
  • No more than 3 roles in the last 5 years—you're steady and committed
  • Solid command of food & beverage operations
  • Guest-first mindset with a calm, solutions-focused leadership style
  • Strong understanding of P&L management and cost control

What You'll Be Owning

  • Leading the charge in hiring, onboarding, and developing your team
  • Analyzing weekly P&Ls and breaking down key cost drivers
  • Driving profitability through smart scheduling and efficient operations
  • Managing inventories with accuracy and clear variance reporting
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction, solving problems, and creating fans
