Join a high-energy brewpub known for scratch-made food, rotating craft beer, and a welcoming vibe. We’re looking for a hands-on Sous Chef to support kitchen operations, uphold food quality, and lead the line with consistency and urgency.

Sous Chef – Benefits and Compensation:

Sous Chef – Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years of culinary leadership experience, preferably in a high-volume kitchen
  • Ability to lead the line and expo during peak shifts
  • Supports kitchen scheduling, inventory, prep lists, and team training
  • Maintains cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards
  • Works closely with the Executive Chef on menu execution and consistency
  • ServSafe Certified (or willing to obtain)

Sous Chef – Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience in brewpubs or high-volume casual scratch-kitchen concepts
  • Strong communication and leadership on the line
  • Familiarity with food cost tracking and prep planning
  • Ability to coach and motivate hourly kitchen staff
  • Comfortable with both prep and sauté stations
  • Calm under pressure with strong attention to timing and plate standards
