We are looking for a dynamic and people-first District Manager to oversee three fast-casual restaurant locations in New York City. This is a high-impact leadership role with a focus on team culture, sales growth, and operational profitability. Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of multi-unit leadership experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurants
- Demonstrated ability to increase store sales and maintain or grow net profit margins
- Willingness to work outside standard hours, including evenings and weekends, to support a start-up environment
- Local travel is required between stores
Qualifications
- Passionate, people-first leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop others
- Proven ability to build systems, improve processes, and elevate operational performance
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and a strong communicator with excellent follow-through
