We are seeking an experienced Director of Procurement to lead our procurement strategy, optimize supplier relationships, and drive cost efficiencies across the organization. In this role, you will oversee a team of buyers, negotiate high-value contracts, and ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services at the best possible value. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of supply chain management in a global environment.

Director of Procurement Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred)
- Experience:
- 10+ years in procurement, supply chain, or related field
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract management
- Experience with ERP systems and global sourcing strategies
- Prior leadership experience managing a procurement team
- Certifications: CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) preferred but not required
Director of Procurement Background & Skills
- Strong strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management expertise
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Knowledge of legal compliance in procurement (contracts, pricing agreements, etc.)
- Experience in a regulated industry is a plus
