Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury

Are you a battle-tested litigator with a passion for justice and a track record of winning results? This is your opportunity to step into a courtroom-ready role at a respected personal injury firm committed to fighting for the injured and holding wrongdoers accountable.

Our client is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to lead high-value personal injury cases from intake through verdict. You’ll manage every phase of litigation—including discovery, mediation, and jury trial—with the full support of an experienced legal team. Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury – What You’ll Do

  • Lead complex personal injury cases from start to finish in North Carolina District and Superior Courts
  • Investigate claims, develop strategy, and draft motions and briefs
  • Conduct depositions, manage discovery, and work closely with expert witnesses
  • Prepare and try cases to verdict, including courtroom presentation and cross-examination
  • Provide clear, supportive legal counsel to clients throughout litigation
  • Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to continuous process improvements within the team

Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury – Qualifications

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Licensed in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar
  • 5+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience in North Carolina
  • South Carolina Bar admission preferred
  • Proven ability to handle complex litigation independently
  • In-depth knowledge of civil procedure, litigation strategy, and courtroom protocols
  • Strong advocacy skills—fearless presence in court, calm under pressure
  • Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation abilities
