What We are Looking for:
- 2 to 4 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage or nightclub venues
- Ability to train their team, direct, and delegate work assignments
- Experienced in basic administrative, business, and cash handling procedures
- Willingness to work on-typical hours, including evenings into the early mornings, and weekends
What You will do:
- Maintains patron satisfaction and builds relationships with preferred customers
- Recruiting, selecting, training, and scheduling of hourly staff
- Clearly communicates job expectations while enforcing policies and procedures
- Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment
