We’re recruiting for a high-impact Executive Chef to lead culinary operations in a high-volume, scratch kitchen environment. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity with strong support from ownership and room to grow within an established, respected brand.

Executive Kitchen Manager – Benefits and Compensation:

Executive Kitchen Manager  Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior BOH leadership role (Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Kitchen Manager)
  • Proven track record in high-volume, full-service restaurant environments
  • Strong financial management skills—P&L, labor cost, food cost, and inventory control
  • ServSafe certified; full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Executive Kitchen Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience in scratch kitchens with structured systems and processes as you will lead kitchen operations with a strong on-the-line presence during peak hours
  • Proven ability to build a high-performance team culture rooted in respect and discipline
  • Strong vendor management skills and ordering accuracy
  • Calm, solution-driven leadership style with excellent communication skills
  • Partner closely with FOH leadership to deliver seamless guest experiences
  • Uphold consistency in recipe adherence, portion control, and plating standards
