Join our TEAM, where precision, innovation, and quality are at the core of everything we do. We’re looking for a Machinist III to work with our CNC vertical mills and bridge mills, delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Set up and operate CNC vertical, horizontal, and bridge mills.
  • Interpret complex blueprints using GD&T.
  • Maintain ADI’s rigorous quality standards.
  • Program and modify CNC operations.
  • Diagnose and resolve machining issues.
  • Use precision tools including micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges.
  • Meet or exceed daily machining goals and quality targets.
  • Uphold autonomous maintenance and shop standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; AAS in Machine Tool Technology preferred.
  • 1–2+ years of hands-on machining experience.
  • Strong knowledge of feeds, speeds, and tooling improvisation.
  • Ability to work with close tolerances and multiple machine tools.
  • Solid understanding of shop math and inspection techniques.
