Join our TEAM, where precision, innovation, and quality are at the core of everything we do. We’re looking for a Machinist III to work with our CNC vertical mills and bridge mills, delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC vertical, horizontal, and bridge mills.
- Interpret complex blueprints using GD&T.
- Maintain ADI’s rigorous quality standards.
- Program and modify CNC operations.
- Diagnose and resolve machining issues.
- Use precision tools including micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges.
- Meet or exceed daily machining goals and quality targets.
- Uphold autonomous maintenance and shop standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; AAS in Machine Tool Technology preferred.
- 1–2+ years of hands-on machining experience.
- Strong knowledge of feeds, speeds, and tooling improvisation.
- Ability to work with close tolerances and multiple machine tools.
- Solid understanding of shop math and inspection techniques.
