Restaurant Guardian Compensation & Benefits:

Restaurant Manager Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing front-of-house team
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience rooted in warmth, speed, and consistency
- Support daily operations and uphold brand standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen and ownership to maintain smooth service and strong culture
- Take part in hiring, onboarding, and team development
- Oversee inventory, vendor relationships, and back-end operations as needed
- Drive a performance-focused, people-first environment
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Restaurant Manager experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and team-building skills
- Valid driver’s license
- A clear, hands-on leadership style
- Bonus if you bring experience in inventory management, vendor partnerships, and P&L oversight
