We are seeking a visionary and experienced General Manager to lead the daily operations of our fine-dining private club. This is a rare opportunity for a hospitality leader to join an elite team dedicated to excellence in service, cuisine, and guest experience at the highest international standard.
General Manager Compensation and Benefits:

General Manager Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire front-of-house operations with grace, professionalism, and a guest-first mindset
- Uphold and exceed Michelin-level standards for service, ambiance, and attention to detail
- Collaborate with the culinary team to translate the chef’s vision into an unforgettable guest journey
- Oversee all aspects of the guest experience, including VIP service and personalized touchpoints
- Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing hospitality team
- Monitor KPIs and manage budgets, labor costs, and forecasting
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements
- Serve as the face of the brand—on the floor, with guests, and within the industry
General Manager Preferred Background and Skills:
- Proven success in a leadership role within a Michelin-level or acclaimed fine dining environment
- Deep knowledge of service standards, wine and beverage programs, and luxury hospitality etiquette
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong business acumen and operational control (labor, inventory, POS systems, reporting)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
