General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations—FOH and BOH
- Maintain a consistent track record with at least 4 years in GM roles
- Build reliable staff schedules while managing labor targets
- Lead your team with fairness, structure, and a positive attitude
- Keep tabs on inventory, bar operations, and cost control
