A rare General Manager opportunity with a highly acclaimed concept in the DMV. We are looking for a charismatic leader with an ownership mindset who has strong financial acumen, high volume experience and empathy and relatability.

General Manager Requirements;

– 3+ Years of General Manager experience in a full-service casual dining restaurant.

– Must be proficient with P&Ls and other financial tools and deliver on cost controls consistently

– Solid tenure and someone who has been in the industry throughout

– Must be equally confident and competent in a mostly scratch kitchen as well as behind the bar and in guest facing situations.

This is a Hands-on role – our General Managers work side by side with the team.
