Hotel General Manager – Boutique LGBTQ+ Friendly Property | Provincetown, MA
Our growing, inclusive hotel group is seeking a Hotel General Manager to lead operations at our boutique property in Provincetown, Massachusetts. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a seasonal hotel in one of the country’s most vibrant and welcoming LGBTQ+ destinations.
We are looking for a results-driven leader with a strong background in hospitality management, guest experience, and team development—someone who embraces Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and is actively supportive of the LGBTQ+ community.

- Competitive salary: $85,000 to $100,000 base

Responsibilities – Hotel General Manager Role
- Oversee daily operations of a boutique, seasonal hotel focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Utilize and manage cloud-based property management systems (PMS) such as Cloudbeds, Opera, or similar platforms
- Hire, train, and motivate seasonal and permanent staff
- Lead with a hands-on, guest-first mentality
- Maintain operational excellence in cleanliness, maintenance, and hospitality standards
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
- Collaborate on marketing strategies and revenue growth initiatives
- Serve as a visible, engaged leader in the Provincetown hospitality community
- Promote and uphold an inclusive culture aligned with LGBTQ+ values and DEI practices
Qualifications – What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Hotel Manager or General Manager, preferably in a boutique or seasonal property
- Familiarity with modern property management systems such as Cloudbeds, Opera, etc.
- Demonstrated leadership in a guest-facing, operationally demanding environment
- A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Active involvement in or support of LGBTQ+ organizations and events
- Strong financial acumen and problem-solving skills
