General Manager – Full-Service Hotel

General Manager Salary and Benefits:
- $100K–$110K base salary

What you’ll do:
- Lead full-service hotel operations with excellence
- Drive revenue, manage P&L, and achieve performance goals
- Inspire, develop, and hold teams accountable
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences every day
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years as GM or AGM in a full-service hotel
- Proven operational, financial, and leadership success
- Proficiency in STR, Hotelligence, budgeting tools & Microsoft Office
- Hands-on, results-oriented leadership style
Preferred:
- Experience in both select- and full-service hotels (IHG brand a plus)
- Familiarity with Delphi, SalesPro, CI/TY
- Digital/social media marketing skills
