General Manager – Full-Service Hotel

General Manager Salary and Benefits:

  • $100K–$110K base salary

What you’ll do:

  • Lead full-service hotel operations with excellence
  • Drive revenue, manage P&L, and achieve performance goals
  • Inspire, develop, and hold teams accountable
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences every day

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years as GM or AGM in a full-service hotel
  • Proven operational, financial, and leadership success
  • Proficiency in STR, Hotelligence, budgeting tools & Microsoft Office
  • Hands-on, results-oriented leadership style

Preferred:

  • Experience in both select- and full-service hotels (IHG brand a plus)
  • Familiarity with Delphi, SalesPro, CI/TY
  • Digital/social media marketing skills
