Site Supervisor / Foreman – Excavation & Site Development

Are you a seasoned Site Superintendent or Foreman with hands-on experience in excavation, site development, and utilities? Do you thrive leading field crews and delivering high-quality results on residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal projects?

What You’ll Do and Bring:

  • Lead and manage a field crew of 3–10 team members on various excavation and site development projects
  • Oversee site prep and utility installation for residential, commercial, and municipal work (including road construction)
  • Interpret blueprints and site plans, and use GPS tools and construction software to execute accurate field work
  • 5+ years of experience in excavation, road work, and underground utilities
  • Ability to read and work from site plans using tools like Procore, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office
  • Hands-on experience with stormwater systems, fresh water, and sewer infrastructure
