Responsibilities:
- Align technical solutions with business goals.
- Lead large-scale projects and resolve complex engineering issues.
- Collaborate with architects on system-level design.
- Drive best practices for code quality and consistency.
- Contribute to tech strategy and scalability plans.
- Reduce technical debt for long-term stability.
Requirements:
- BA in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years in software development.
- Strong Ruby on Rails experience.
- Proven track record with scalable APIs and backend services.
- Familiar with Kafka, Postgres, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub.
- AWS (RDS, ElastiCache, CloudSearch) experience is a plus.
