A fast-casual concept is looking for an Assistant General Manager for a new store opening! We offer Work-life balance 40-45 hrs/week, and plenty of growth potential!
Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in fast-casual concepts
- 1.5+ years of leadership experience, managing 10+ team members
- Experience with inventory
- Excellent integrity and character
- Fantastic communication skills
- Passion for genuine hospitality
- Fluent English
- Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Restaurant Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Microsoft Office
- Training and developing
- Community and local networking
