A fast-casual concept is looking for an Assistant General Manager for a new store opening! We offer Work-life balance 40-45 hrs/week, and plenty of growth potential!

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in fast-casual concepts
  • 1.5+ years of leadership experience, managing 10+ team members
  • Experience with inventory
  • Excellent integrity and character
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Passion for genuine hospitality
  • Fluent English
  • Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Microsoft Office
  • Training and developing
  • Community and local networking
