We're seeking a driven and experienced General Manager to lead daily operations at one of our thriving fast casual restaurants. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can foster a high-performance culture, ensure smooth front and back-of-house operations, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. General Manager Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $50,000–$55,000

General Manager Required Background & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in a fast casual, quick service, or similar restaurant setting
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of cost controls, budgeting, and P&L management
• Experience managing inventory, labor, and operational metrics
• Comfortable with fast-paced, customer-facing environments
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent

General Manager Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience overseeing multiple units or assisting with area management
• Background in training and developing team members into leadership roles
• Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, and basic HR practices
• Strong community engagement or local store marketing experience
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
• Some college or hospitality training preferred
• Ability to lead through influence and example, not just instruction
