We’re looking for a Manufacturing Process Specialist – CNC Programmer to bring technical expertise, project management skills, and a passion for continuous improvement to our growing team. What You'll Be Doing as a Manufacturing Process Specialist – CNC Programmer:
- Write and develop CNC programs for machining precision components
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost savings across production
- Collaborate across departments to align on project goals and schedules
- Ensure on-time performance, safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
- Provide indirect guidance to machine shop staff and step in when needed
- Support company-wide operational targets and improvement initiatives
- Communicate clearly and consistently on project status and performance
What You Bring as a Manufacturing Process Specialist – CNC Programmer:
- 3–5 years of CNC/machining or manufacturing experience
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, equipment, and safety protocols
- Skilled in troubleshooting, project coordination, and workflow planning
- Tech-savvy with PC-based tools like Excel, Word, and CAD/CAM platforms
- Clear communicator with a team-first mindset and great attention to detail
- High school diploma/GED required; associate degree preferred
