Are you a civil engineer seeking meaningful projects and mentorship to advance your career? We’re an established engineering firm looking for a Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals on impactful civil engineering projects—ranging from site design and stormwater systems to roadway and utility development. You’ll gain valuable technical experience, contribute to real-world solutions, and grow your leadership skills in a supportive, team-first culture.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Design and prepare plans, specifications, and technical reports for land development projects
- Work on utility design, stormwater management, roadway layout, and site grading
- Participate in permitting and coordinate with local and state regulatory agencies
- Assist in construction observation and ensure compliance with QA/QC policies
- Attend client meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 1–6 years of experience in civil site development or related private-sector work
- EIT or PE license in Florida (preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; experience with MicroStation/OpenRoads is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a professional, team-oriented mindset
- Desire to grow technical, project management, and client engagement skills
