We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our scratch-cooking fast-casual restaurant team. If you have a passion for high-quality ingredients and a love for providing exceptional guest service, we would be delighted to speak with you!

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Must have 2+ years of management experience in a restaurant as a salaried Restaurant Manager, Kitchen Manager, or Sous Chef role.
- Must have experience working in a scratch-kitchen restaurant in a fast-casual or full-service setting
- Strong financial acumen is important; you must be able to help manage food and labor costs
- Excellent people management skills, with an eye for identifying and mentoring future leaders
