Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and grow relationships with roofing contractors, construction professionals, and industry partners throughout the Fort Worth area
  • Actively promote SCM’s recycling services for discarded shingles and inert materials, emphasizing environmental and cost-saving benefits
  • Drive business development by identifying leads, pursuing opportunities, and closing new accounts
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource to educate clients on sustainable recycling solutions and SCM’s unique service offerings
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through proactive communication, follow-up, and ongoing relationship management
  • Represent SCM at local trade shows, industry events, and roofing/construction conferences to expand brand presence
  • Partner with the operations team to coordinate logistics, improve efficiency, and support smooth pickup and delivery processes

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Driven, independent, and highly self-motivated—someone who thrives in the field and takes initiative
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect and influence across diverse customer segments
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation for local travel
