Sales Consultant – Dental Implants

A leading dental implants company with multiple locations across Southern California is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive new business by developing and maintaining strong relationships with both prospective and current patients. This role ensures a seamless transition from consultation to treatment, while providing VIP-level service to referral patients.

 

Candidates residing within commuting distance of Bakersfield, CA, are strongly preferred.

Must be authorized to live and work in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultations with potential patients and present our proprietary GPS Implant Bridge™ solution.
  • Utilize a proven “rainmaker” sales methodology to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with patients, ensuring smooth coordination between consultation and treatment.
  • Confidently discuss financial considerations and educate patients on available financing options.
  • Achieve sales mix goals: 40% Same-Day Starts / 60% Callback Starts.
  • Accurately track and manage patient interactions using Salesforce, following all required steps and protocols.
  • Participate in daily morning huddles and contribute to the day’s strategic plan.

Requirements

  • Proven sales and negotiation expertise.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong initiative and goal orientation.
  • Strong consultative selling skills; ability to tailor solutions to individual patient needs.
  • Experience in the dental, cosmetic, or body contouring industries is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $160,000 – $180,000+ (Uncapped commission structure)
  • Schedule: 4-day work week
  • Onboarding Bonus: Substantial guaranteed bonus for the first 3 months to support successful ramp-up
